Your reunion itinerary is where all events and activities live — the official schedule members see and interact with. As a committee member, you can add items in three main ways:
From the Events section of the marketplace
From the Activities section of the marketplace
By creating a custom event from scratch
Option 1: Add a Sample Event from the Marketplace
Events in the marketplace are pre-built templates that include:
An event title and description
Suggested vendors for each part of the event (placeholders only)
Estimated pricing based on typical vendor rates
To add a template event:
Go to your Marketplace tab.
Select Events.
Filter by location, category, purpose, and unique tags.
Choose an event template and click Add to Itinerary.
Choose the date, time, and participation settings (mandatory or optional).
Begin replacing placeholders with real vendors by sending inquiries.
Important:
Placeholder vendor services are just ideas — they’re there to help you visualize the event and estimate costs.
Before the event can be confirmed, placeholders must be replaced with real vendor bookings from the marketplace.
Option 2: Add an Activity from the Marketplace
Activities are fun, ready-to-book experiences your reunion members can do together or in smaller groups. They are:
Usually ticketed or require paid entry per person
Things you might also find on Groupon or TripAdvisor, such as:
Theme park passes
Museum tickets
City tours or guided excursions
Adventure activities (zip-lining, boat rides, wine tastings)
To add an activity as a member:
Go to the Marketplace.
Select the Activities tab.
Search or filter by location, category, or unique tags.
Booked directly which will add to your itinerary.
To add an activity as a committee:
Go to the Marketplace.
Select the Activities tab.
Search or filter by location, category, or unique tags.
Click add to itinerary which will not make any reservations, but will give members access to see the date and time chosen plus availability to book.
Option 3: Create a Custom Event from Scratch
If you aren't interested in any of the Sample Events you can customize your event from scratch:
Go to the Marketplace tab.
Select Create Custom Event.
Enter the name, date, time, and location.
Add descriptions, and participation settings (mandatory or optional).
Save the event and add vendors now or later.
Important:
Placeholder vendor services can be added to represent the required vendors you will need, and to help estimate costs
Before the event can be confirmed, placeholders must be replaced with real vendor bookings from the marketplace.
Tips for Itinerary Planning
Use marketplace events for inspiration — they give you a full vision and pricing baseline.
Mark core gatherings as mandatory and let members opt in to extras.
Mix events and marketplace activities for maximum flexibility.
