How To Find and Book Vendors for a Custom Event I Created

Updated over 4 months ago

Once you’ve added an event on your reunion itinerary, you can use Reyoonite’s vendor marketplace to find and book the services you need — like catering, entertainment, rentals, or photography.

Step 1: Make Sure the Event Is on Your Itinerary

Vendors need to know exactly what they’re quoting for. Before you can reach out:

  • Create your event and add it to your itinerary

  • Include key details like the date, time, location, and estimated guest count

This ensures vendors have the context they need to give accurate pricing and availability.

Step 2: Browse the Vendor Marketplace

Go to the Vendors tab in your dashboard. From there, you can:

  • Search vendors by category (e.g., Catering, Photography, DJs)

  • Filter by location, price range, or service type

  • View vendor profiles with descriptions, photos, and starting prices

Step 3: Send Inquiries

Booking starts with an inquiry — there’s no instant checkout.

When you send an inquiry:

  1. Select the vendor you’re interested in and click Send Inquiry.

  2. Choose the event from your itinerary that needs their services (required).

  3. Add any special notes or requirements you want them to consider.

This links your event to the inquiry so the vendor can review all the details.

Step 4: Review Vendor Responses

After you send an inquiry:

  • Interested vendors will send a quote

  • Uninterested vendors will decline the request with a reason

  • Some may send follow-up messages to clarify details before quoting

You can respond to questions directly in the vendor message thread.

Step 5: Confirm the Booking

Once you and the vendor agree on terms:

  • Accept the quote to confirm the booking

  • The vendor is now attached to your event in the itinerary

  • Pricing is locked in, and vendor payout is scheduled according to Reyoonite’s payment timeline

Key Tips

  • The more details you include in your inquiry, the faster vendors can send accurate quotes

  • You can send inquiries to multiple vendors for the same event to compare offers

  • Confirm bookings early, especially for high-demand dates or popular vendors
