Choose an activity and confirm your date, time, and participants.
Complete the booking process.
The activity will appear in your personal itinerary immediately.
Global Itinerary Visibility
All member-booked activities are shown on the reunion’s global itinerary view.
Other members can click to see details and decide if they want to join.
Committee-Suggested Activities
You can also browse the official committee itinerary to find activities they’ve added or recommended.
These can be booked directly from the itinerary.
Suggesting Activities Instead of Booking
If you’re not ready to commit, you can share an activity with your committee or post it in the group chat so others can discuss it before booking.
Committees can then decide whether to make it part of the official itinerary.
